1. The competition is open to anyone aged 18 years or over except employees of Stakelogic and Stakelogic Live, their close relatives and judges of the competition.
2. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
3. The competition is valid between the 16th of January 2023 and the 20th of January 2023.
4. The prize must be redeemed between the 23rd of January 2023 and the 23rd of January 2024.
5. Valid for a maximum of 1 winner.
6. Will not accept third party wins.
7. By entering this competition, a participant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

9. We have the right to allow more than one entry per competition at times. We will notify specifically in the post if this is the case.

Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by Stakelogic and Stakelogic Live.

15. Winners will be chosen at random via the software platform that we will share if anyone wants to know more.
16. Entrants from Sweden, Denmark, Germany and the Netherlands are excluded from this promotion.
17. The prize will be clearly stated in the Social Media Post. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize does not include anything other than the merchandise seen in the photo. The giveaway excludes the lifebuoy and the yacht in the background. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
18. The randomly picked entrant will be notified by private message on Instagram and within 1 day of the closing date and would need to answer 1 final question to win. If the entrant cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 1 day of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
19. Stakelogic and Stakelogic Live will notify the winner when and how the prize can be redeemed.
20. Stakelogic’s and Stakelogic Live’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
21. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
22. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. He/She will be asked to provide photos of their merch – These will be used by Stakelogic and Stakelogic Live as publicity material.
